Payment
Payment to all store products, physical and digitals are paid via online payment. Appointments are paid online at the check out.
Appointment
Change/Cancellation
Three days minimum advance notice is required to change date and time of appointment or cancellation.
Physical Goods Delivery
Your order is normally processed within 48 hours upon received of payment. UK mainland delivery normally takes 2-4 working days. Scottish highland and Northern Ireland normally takes 3-5 working days. Rates are indicated upon check out.
Exchange & Refund
In case of damage or any reason you would like to return any goods purchased at the online store, it is important to contact us prior to returning the goods. Once we receive your request, we will assess the case and send you details of how to return and/or exchange the item(s).
Digital Products
After check out and complete the payment, digital products are delivered directly to your user account and available to download to your device.
